Bahamas Blues

I get a bit down in the mouth when I look at this picture...yet for some reason I continue to look at it. I puts me back there, chasing the family record Bone...we all know that it probably wont be matched in any of our lifetimes. My brother decided to try his hand at Bone fishing Hawaii years back...he landed one...13 lbs.. first fish he caught.. only fish he caught...after about 8 trips back still the only one hes caught. I caught a handful my first day walking the sands of Eluthera, none bigger than most of the trout I catch at home in the Provo River. The largest was a pound and a half... it left a permanent line in my right middle finger. So I look at this picture and I look at my finger and I hope life gives me another chance to fish the most beautiful water I have ever seen in my life.
